Silvia Pieretti currently serves as Vice President of Global Talent Management at Ternium and has more than 25 years of experience in the Human Resources area. She is a specialist in Talent Management, Change Management, Communications, Cultural Transformation, Organizational Development, and Inclusion. In her career, she has been directly involved in all the cultural integration processes for the expansion and growth of Ternium in Argentina, Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, and Brazil.

She is a psychologist graduated from the Universidad Nacional de Rosario, she completed the "Advanced Human Resources Executive" program at the University of Michigan and the HR Management Program at the Wharton University of Pennsylvania and is certified as Senior Coaching.

She is passionate about people development and cultural change processes.
